We’ve updated our Photo Gallery with pictures from the high school Marching Percussion Summer Camp and the high school Auxiliary and Marching Leadership Summer Camps, as well as photos from the AUMB Preseason Camp and R.A.T. Program Activities.? Photos from the Summer Concert Band camps will be put online in the future.

We had some gross weather yesterday, but Preseason Camp is still going strong.  If you’re looking for some R.A.T. Activity pictures from the past couple days, you’ve come to the right place.

Alright, we’re on our first full day of Preseason Camp with both R.A.T.s and Vets, and things are coming along great!? We’ve had some beautiful weather here on Bodie Hinton Field, and everyone’s excited to get ready for marching season. (more…)

Hey, it’s Steven, the webmaster guy. Preseason Camp is here, and so our R.A.T. Leaders, and for that matter, the whole staff are busy getting the band ready for kickoff against Lousianna-Monroe in just three weeks!

It’s only Day 2 for our Rookie Auburn Tigers, but they’ve already accomplished a lot!? We’ve been taking photos around camp, and also of our R.A.T. Activities and Drills, and they’ll be posted throughout the week to our Photo Gallery.? I’ll be blogging things here a bit as well, showing y’all a few of my favorite pictures. (more…)

Those wishing to audition for Symphonic Band the fall must sign up for an audition time online.? Students enrolled in the marching band course (MUSI 1100) or symphonic band course (MUSI 1120) this fall will receive a link in their email directing them to the form.? If you have not signed up for either course and want to audition, email the webmaster at 1auband@auburn.edu.

Please note that the Preseason Camp schedule for percussionists has been altered slightly from the schedule previously available on this site.? The updated schedule is available for download, along with schedules for all other members of the AUMB, on the Preseason Camp page.
