The Auburn Tigers will play their annual A-Day Spring Scrimmage on Saturday, April 17th. Kick-off is 1pm on ESPNU. Prospective members of the 2010 Auburn University Marching Band are invited to participate and support our Tigers as they prepare for another great season of college football! “When we heard of the Auburn fans chanting at the end of [the Iron Bowl] ‘It’s great to be an Auburn Tiger’ we knew there was something special about the excitement around this football team,” Jim McVay, Outback Bowl President/CEO said. “The Tigers have everything we are looking for in a New Year’s Day team – they are a tough, exciting team, extremely well coached and have what might be the best fans in college football.” The AUMB will be in Tampa and the surrounding area December 29 through January 1st to demonstrate the Auburn Spirit and cheer on our Auburn Tigers to a bowl game victory. Looking ahead, your Auburn Tigers will be traveling to Tampa Bay, Florida to take part in the 2010 Outback Bowl on New Year’s Day, and we hope you’ll be there! The Auburn University Bands is proud to provide all friends of the AUMB with a ticket order form which will allow you special seating near the Auburn University Marching Band in Raymond James Stadium.
