The Auburn University College of Liberal Arts and Department of Music proudly presents the Sounds of Auburn.  Featuring the Auburn University Singers, Marching Band, Chamber Choir, Steel Band, Symphonic Band, and Gospel Choir, the Sounds of Auburn showcases the finest music ensembles at Auburn University.  The concert begins at 7:30pm on Thursday, November 13th, at Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum.

Those wishing to audition for Symphonic Band the fall must sign up for an audition time online.? Students enrolled in the marching band course (MUSI 1100) or symphonic band course (MUSI 1120) this fall will receive a link in their email directing them to the form.? If you have not signed up for either course and want to audition, email the webmaster at 1auband@auburn.edu.

The Auburn University Bands is proud to announce the release of our newest Symphonic Band album, Phédre Live 2008. Featuring music performed at the 2008 Alabama All-State Host Concert, this CD is sure to delight and entertain any lover of concert band literature. (more…)
