Marching Leadership Camp - June 17 - 20, 2015

The focus of the Auburn University Marching Leadership  Camp is on developing leadership skills, improving basic and advanced technique, and enhancing the overall impact of a marching band performance. The Marching Leadership  Camp is staffed by the directors and student leaders of our very own Auburn University Marching Band.

The program is open to high school Drum Majors and Section Leaders who will be in the 9th through 12th grade in the upcoming school year.

Summer Camp Registration

This will redirect you to the appropriate summer camp registration page where you need to make your connection type "student" and fill in all of the blank fields. After you have filled everything in, click "Update Profile" on the bottom of the page.
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive the online application, medical form and payment.

NOTE: If you filled out an online application with us last summer, be sure to log into your account on the registration link. Then, update any information that is different from last summer.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be given for cancellations after Friday, May 29, 2015.

All tuition payments include a $50 non-refundable processing fee.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothes and walking shoes (no flip flops!)
  • Bed linens for a twin bed (Extra long if possible)
  • Pillow and blanket
  • Bath towels and washcloths
  • Toiletry items
  • Spending money for souvenirs and snacks
  • Tennis shoes and sunglasses
  • Hat, sunscreen and personal water bottle (no sharing)
  • Bathing Suit
  • Khaki shorts for the ending performance
  • Instrumentalists should bring their instrument, including all accessories  reeds, neck straps, cork grease, valve oil, and so on.
  • If you are a percussionist, you should bring your sticks, mallets, and/or snare drums.
  • Auxiliary participants will need to provide their own equipment (e.g., batons, rifles, sabers, flags, and flag poles).
