Short Bio
Hello! My name is Hannah Thompson, and I will be one of the tuba section leaders for the 2026 football season. I am from Birmingham, Alabama, and I graduated from Briarwood Christian High School in 2023. In the fall, I will be a senior studying business administration, and this fall will be my fourth season in the AUMB. Outside of marching band, I am the President of the Pi chapter of the national honorary band service fraternity Kappa Kappa Psi, a member of the Tuba Euphonium Ensemble, and am involved with serving at my church.
The AUMB has, without a doubt, become the most influential part of my Auburn experience. I have met my best friends in the AUMB, and I am so blessed to have been able to serve the university with the band. My favorite part of game day is the atmosphere, and that energy often comes from our own band members. I have also had many experiences and learned many life skills that I would not have without the AUMB. I am so excited to see all of you!
