Short Bio
War Eagle! My name is Emily Tillman, and I am so excited to serve as one of your piccolo section leaders this 2026 season. This upcoming fall I will be a Junior majoring in Music Education! I am from Auburn Alabama, and I graduated from Auburn High School in 2024! This will be my third season marching with the AUMB. Outside of marching band, I participate in Chamber Choir, Auburn Community Orchestra, Auburn cNAfME, and Concert Band.
Growing up in Auburn, I always looked up to the AUMB and aspired to be a part of it. Since attending Auburn University, marching band has been one of the most rewarding extracurriculars I have been a part of. In the AUMB I have made lifelong friendships, memories, and learned habits that make me a better musician and person.
